Potable water, drainage, fixtures, equipment and pump installation, and treatment systems — the foundation the company was built on.

Process piping, structural steel and plate work, and structural and process piping welding — from routine maintenance to full capital projects.

Mechanical and structural engineering support through a long-standing external partnership, fully TSSA and CWB compliant.

Pipe fabrication, structural steel and plate work, pipe supports, racks, skids, and miscellaneous fabrication including handrails and shrouding.

GPR scanning to locate rebar and conduit before core drilling, and private utility locating for gas and hydro lines.
Latest Projects

Production Line Retrofit:
Photo of the re-piped systems on the active line — potable water, cooling water, chilled water, steam, or condensate piping runs, ideally showing the scale of work on an operating production floor. If access is limited since it's live/operational, even a photo of the piping close-up (valves, fittings, welds) would work well.

Stainless Steel Production Line Build:
Photo of the finished stainless-steel installation — hose reel stands, stainless trench drains, or the underground piping installation itself if there's any documentation from during construction. A "before it's covered up" shot of the underground work would be a strong, specific image if it exists.

Ongoing Capital Projects:
Photo of the cooling tower installation or the compressed air system/compressor skid — either one works, whichever is more visually complete or accessible to photograph right now.
